ARL iSpark Plus Inclusion Analyzer
The ARL iSpark Plus Inclusion Analyzer with Spark-DAT has unparalleled speed for inclusion analysis in steel. Thanks to Spark-DAT methods, inclusion data are obtained at the same time as the elemental concentrations. It is possible to evaluate inclusions in all the samples analyzed in concentration with the OES spectrometer, up to several hundred samples per day. This provides fast and efficient solutions to avoid detrimental effects of inclusions on steel properties and prevent costly issues like nozzle clogging during the continuous casting process.
